At Confermax, the processing of personal data on Confermax.com serves to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the terms of use of the platform. The purpose also includes managing and further developing the services, diagnosing problems in Confermax and associated systems, creating new services, and communicating with the user. You can subscribe to newsletters so that you receive e-mails from Confermax Ltd about current news. In order for us to send e-mail to the correct user, you must register your e-mail address.

If you direct an inquiry to Confermax.com via the website, for example by sending us an e-mail or using chat, relevant information may be stored, such as name and e-mail address.

When you visit Confermax.com, your IP address is registered. Confermax Ltd does not link this information directly to you as a user. We use the information to manage and maintain our pages. Confermax Ltd collects and also processes deidentified information about visitors to Confermax.com. We use common Internet technologies, including “Cookies”. Confermax Ltd shares non-personally identifiable information with third parties, in order to better understand usage patterns for offers, advertising and other services/functionality related to Confermax.com.

According to data privacy laws, individuals have the right to access their own personal data. If information in Confermax.com is incorrect, it will be possible to have it corrected or deleted. We reserve the right to make certain changes that require approval before they are activated in Confermax.  If you want to delete your user profile, please contact us at cu**************@*******ax.com and we will deactivate and delete your history and user profile.

Confermax Ltd has entered into agreements with service providers for Hosting, Cloud infrastructure, Digital ID and signatures, and Chat/support.   

As a general rule, information is not transferred outside the country where Confermax Ltd is located and has servers hosted. Confermax Ltd complies with country-specific laws on data protection and privacy in the countries where we operate.

Confermax Ltd has established rules and routines for the protection of personal data and privacy.   If we treat “non-personally identifiable information” combined with “personally identifiable information” (for example, your name combined with geographical location), the entire information will be treated as personally identifiable information. If we collect or disseminate sensitive personal information, we use reputable methods to protect the information.

If we disclose your personal information to a third party, we will ensure that there are arrangements and agreements that secure the information and prevent the third party from using the personal information for purposes other than those agreed.

Confermax.com regularly conducts risk assessments and security tests of the solution, and will consult with data protection authorities in connection with any changes to the solution that may affect privacy.

Confermax Ltd takes information security very seriously. We have implemented various security measures to protect user data and ensure the privacy of our customers.

Our authentication and digital signing solutions use high security standards to verify users and validate documents. All information exchange on Confermax.com is encrypted using strong encryption protocols. We also log all actions taken by our operators in separate audit logs for monitoring purposes.

Documents stored on our servers are encrypted with strong encryption keys that only authorized users can access. We have strict guidelines for identifying and authenticating users before granting access. Our servers are hosted in secure data centers with providers that specialize in handling sensitive data.

We back up all documents and store them in multiple redundant locations to mitigate risks like hardware failure or data loss. Access controls are in place so that Confermax employees and contractors cannot view customer documents. The few operators who can access Confermax systems still cannot view encrypted user data.
